Dr. Mustafa Eröğüt completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration and earned an MBA in Sports Management at Ithaca College in the United States. He later received his Ph.D. in Sports Management from Marmara University.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Eröğüt has held senior executive positions in the sports and healthcare sectors. He served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vice Chairman of İstanbul Başakşehir Football Club, as well as Board Member and Vice President of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF). He also represented Türkiye for more than a decade on various UEFA committees, playing an active role in numerous international sports management projects and organizations.

In addition to his executive career, Dr. Eröğüt continues his academic work in the fields of sports management and healthcare management.
