He was born on 30 August 1984 in Semipalatinsk. He graduated from Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute, Kazakh Humanitarian-Legal Innovation University, Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism.

He began his career in 2005 as an assistant, coach-teacher of the department of theory and methods of physical culture and sport of Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute.

From 2007 to 2008, he was a part-time coach-teacher of the children's and youth sports school for national sports.

From 2009 to 2013, he was a Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education of the State Medical University of Semey.

From 2009 to 2018, he was a part-time coach-teacher at the East Kazakhstan School of Higher Sportsmanship.

From 2013 to 2017, he was Head of the Department of Physical Education of the State Medical University of Semey.

From 2018 to 2020, he was Director of the Kyzylzhar Arlandary sports club.

From 2020 to 2021, he was Managing Director of Qazaq kuresi Association.

From 2021 to 2023, he was the Rector of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports.

From 2023 to 2024, he was the Chairman of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On 2 September 2024, he was appointed Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the Head of State.
