History
Tic-tac-toe, known as Dooz in Persian, is a traditional two-player strategy board game with global popularity. In Iran, especially Tehran, it is recognized for enhancing cleverness. Its simplicity and minimal accessory requirements made it a favorite pastime for ancestors.
Rules
The game is played between two players or teams, who decide beforehand on the game mode: 3, 6, 12, or others. Players draw lines to create the grid, and the starting player is selected by a lottery, such as a toss. In the Three mode, players each have three stones to align in a row to win. In the Twelve mode, each player has twelve stones and continues playing until only two stones remain in their hand.
