He was born in 1975 in Trabzon. After completing his undergraduate studies at Baku Medical University, he obtained a master’s degree in Health Management from Üsküdar University. Following a period of medical practice, Kazancı entered the business world and currently serves as a senior executive in the healthcare sector. He also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of the Türkiye Traditional Equestrian Sports Federation.

He is married and has three children.
