A dynamic leader in the field of sports governance, Adilet Baiaman Uulu was born in Kyrgyzstan and pursued his studies in International Law at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, graduating in 2014. In addition to his legal expertise, he is a Master of Sport in freestyle wrestling, which has significantly shaped his career in sports administration.
Since 2015, Baiaman Uulu has played a pivotal role in international sports organizations. He served as the First Vice President of the International "Alysh" Federation in Warsaw, Poland, and later became its President in 2018, a position he continues to hold. His leadership also extended to national sports administration, where he worked as a legal expert at Ayu Holding and served as the Sports Director of the National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, he has been the General Director of Chavo LLC since 2019.
Fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, English, and Turkish, Baiaman Uulu brings a global perspective to his work in ethnosports and international cooperation.
