The National Equestrian Festival was held in Baku on November 5-8 by the Azerbaijan Equestrian Federation, a corporate member of the World Ethnosport Confederation. The National Equestrian Festival, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was held at the Bina Equestrian Center and included Karabakh and Dilbaz horses, Chavken, Jedir races and Yorga Races Championship.
Speaking at the event, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov said that Azerbaijani sports are developing day by day and added: "I express my gratitude to the leadership of the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Azerbaijan for their work in the development of equestrian sport."
Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland and Morocco national teams participated in the events and Javelin Championship, where competitions were held in a total of 11 races.
