Ras Laffan Falconry Championship

An annual falconry championship organized by Al Gannas Qatari Society, and sponsored by Ras Laffan Industrial City's Community Outreach Program (RLIC-COP) at the beginning of the hunting season, to motivate falconers of all age groups to prepare their falcons for a long season of hunting competitions in terms of fitness, physical training and veterinary care. 

The Ras Laffan Championship includes:

Al-Da’o Competition, which measures the falcon’s speed.

Al-Tal' Competition, which measure the falcon’s hunting skills and eyesight acuity.

Saluqi dog Racing Competition,

Young Falconer Competition

Promising Falconer Competition
